Dear Friends,
As we move towards summer, I am so happy to report that live concerts are on the horizon! I now have live concerts booked in July, September and December. Although I have been able to keep busy this past year with many virtual solo performances (some examples - U.S. Embassy, Warsaw, Poland, Fulbright Association's 75th Anniversary National Forum Series, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan, Poland, St. Catherine of Sienna Church Music Series, Greenwich, CT, Rotary Club of Winston-Salem, WDAV 89.9fm Classical Public Radio, St. John's on the Lake, Milwaukee, WI, and numerous facebook concerts), I am profoundly delighted to be returning to live performances where we can all again experience that magical give and take between audience and performer, which makes a live concert so wonderful.
I have also been busy with the Howland Breckenridge Duo. Stan Breckenridge, jazz pianist and 3-time Fulbright Award recipient, and I are celebrating 5 years of collaboration! This brief video features 3 highlights from our new program, "From Pandemic Despair to New Hope," as we continue on our musical journey of combining our classical and jazz backgrounds to create programs which we hope will enlighten and entertain. All of our programs include piano solos, piano duos, and vocal duos from a wide variety of genres.
