Dear Friends,

We are in Poland for two weeks and it is really interesting to be back after being away for almost an entire year, post-Fulbright. I am grateful for the invitation to return to Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan as an artist-in-residence for two weeks, and to have the opportunity to do so many diverse and creative things; hearing amazing young pianists from the Frederic Chopin University and playing the 3rd in my series of benefit concerts for The Michael Gilmor Fund for Leadership and Empowerment for Fulbright Polska in Warsaw, as well as giving workshops, classes and a new concert with pianist Stan Breckenridge in Poznan are among the highlights. We also discovered two beautiful parks in Poznan! (scroll down for pictures)

As always, we have also created a new fusion of art and music. Today's MOMENT features Wendell's painting "Purple World" (acrylic on canvas 30 x 40) with Pam's arrangement of The Beatles song "If I Fell (In Love with You)." Wendell says" I especially wanted to reflect the beautiful descending lines in the second half of the piece in the motion of the images." We hope you enjoy this. (scroll down to end for video)

Sending you greetings and best wishes from Poznan!

Pam and Wendell
